Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside strawberries: hulled & sliced
  2. Get a clean small bowl
  3. Add water
  4. Add gelatine
  5. Set aside
  6. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  7. Add vanilla yogurt
  8. Add single cream
  9. Add buttermilk
  10. Add golden caster sugar
  11. Heat for approx 4min
  12. Transfer gelatin to TM5 bowl
  13. Mix for approx 30s
  14. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 6 jars
  15. Set in fridge for 3h
  16. Get a clean baking sheet
  17. Add prepared strawberries
  18. Add vanilla extract
  19. Add balsamic vinegar
  20. Toss with slotted spoon
  21. Heat for 15min
  22. Remove
  23. Let cool completely
  24. Transfer fruit to 6 jars
  25. Top with passion fruit pulp
  26. Serve
