Ingredients

  • Strawberries icon

    500g (about 2¾ cups)

    ¼ cup (60ml)
  • Gelatine icon

  • Vanilla yogurt icon

    235g (about 1 cup)
  • Single cream icon

    450ml (2 cups)
  • Buttermilk icon

    55ml (3¾ tbsp)
  • Golden caster sugar icon
    Golden caster sugar
    40g (about 3⅛ tbsp)
  • Vanilla extract icon

    8 dashes
  • Balsamic vinegar icon

    9 dashes
  • Passion fruit pulp icon

Step preview

  1. Add water and gelatine to a clean small bowl
  2. Set aside
  3. Add vanilla yogurt, single cream, buttermilk and golden caster sugar to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Heat - approx 4 min, 80°C, speed 2
  6. Transfer gelatin to TM5 bowl
  7. Mix - approx 30 sec, speed 7
  8. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 6 jars
  9. Set in fridge - 3 hr
  10. Add strawberries, vanilla extract and balsamic vinegar to a clean baking sheet
  11. Toss with slotted spoon
  12. Heat oven - 15 min, 160°C
  13. Remove
  14. Let cool completely
  15. Transfer fruit to 6 jars
  16. Top with passion fruit pulp
  17. Serve
