A very delicious light dessert that is easier than pavlova, with all of the benefits! It will make you think you have pavlova in your mouth! EASY.

  • Water icon
    Water60 mlroom temperature
  • Strawberries icon
    Strawberries500 ghulled, sliced
  • Gelatine icon
    Gelatine10 gpowdered
  • Vanilla yogurt icon
    Vanilla yogurt235 g
  • Single cream icon
    Single cream450 g
  • Buttermilk icon
    Buttermilk55 g
  • Golden caster sugar icon
    Golden caster sugar40 g
  • Vanilla extract icon
    Vanilla extract1 dash
  • Balsamic vinegar icon
    Balsamic vinegar1 dash
  • Passion fruit pulp icon
    Passion fruit pulpas needed
    Method

  • 1. Add water and gelatine to a clean small bowl and set aside
  • 2. Add vanilla yogurt, single cream, buttermilk and golden caster sugar to the TM5 bowl
  • 3. Heat - 4 min, 80°C, speed 2
  • 4. Transfer gelatin to TM5 bowl
  • 5. Mix with MC fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  • 6. Divide between glass jars or dariole moulds
  • 7. Set in the fridge for several hours
  • 8. Add strawberries, vanilla extract and balsamic vinegar to a clean baking sheet
  • 9. Toss with slotted spoon
  • 10. Place into a cold oven set to 160°C and bake 15 minutes
  • 11. Remove from the oven
  • 12. Let cool completely
  • 13. Transfer fruit to 6 jars
  • 14. Top with passion fruit pulp
  • 15. Serve
