Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside lemon: zested & juice of
  2. Pre-heat - 180°C
  3. Get a clean tart pan
  4. Roll out shortcrust pastry
  5. Cover with parchment paper
  6. Fill with pie weights
  7. Bake - approx 15 min, 180°C
  8. Let cool
  9. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  10. Add passion fruit pulp
  11. Add prepared lemon
  12. Add caster sugar
  13. Blend - approx 3 min, 80°C, speed 1
  14. Add single cream
  15. Add egg yolk
  16. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  17. Pour content of TM5 bowl into pastry
  18. Bake until light golden - 35 min, 180°C
  19. Clean TM5 bowl
  20. Add passion fruit pulp
  21. Add golden caster sugar
  22. Add vanilla bean paste
  23. Cook - approx 5 min, 80°C, speed 1
  24. Let cool
  25. Pour content of TM5 bowl into pastry gently
  26. Sprinkle with icing sugar
  27. Serve
