We used really good dark chocolate, some milk, and spiced it so it's got a flavor reminiscent of Mexican chocolate but then took it there by spiking it with top-shelf aged tequila so that about two sips in, you'll be feeling really comfy and cozy. If you want this drink dairy free, just use almond milk instead of whole milk.

  3. Set aside - 10 min
  4. Heat - medium heat
  5. Whisk in dark chocolate and cane sugar the saucepan
  6. Add salt to the saucepan
  7. Whisk until melted
  8. Add silver tequila to the saucepan
  9. Simmer - 5 min, medium heat
  10. Add cane sugar and silver tequila to the saucepan
  11. Whisk
