Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside unsalted butter: cubed
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add prepared unsalted butter
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Cook for approx 3min with MC in place
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Add chicken stock
  8. Add soy sauce
  9. Cook for approx 12min with MC in place
  10. Garnish with fresh thyme
  11. Serve immediately
