Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C / 375°F
2. Grease a clean muffin pan
3. Add powdered sugar, all purpose flour and ground almonds to a clean medium bowl mix briefly until blended
4. Add egg white to the batter one by one
5. Melt butter in the pan
6. Let cool a clean small bowl
7. Mix in melted butter with the batter until well combined
8. Transfer batter to muffin pan
9. Add a few berries to each cake and press gently until almost submerged
10. Bake - 5 min, 190°C / 375°F
11. Reduce the temperature and bake until golden brown - 15 min, 170°C / 340°F
12. Let cool - approx 5 min
13. Transfer to a cooling rack and leave until completely cool
14. Dust with powdered sugar
