Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside ginger: peeled & sliced
  2. Prep and set aside onion: peeled & quartered
  3. Prep and set aside apple: peeled, cored & quartered
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add prepared ginger
  6. Chop - approx 6 sec, speed 10
  7. Add prepared onion
  8. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  9. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  10. Cook - approx 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
  11. Add prepared apple
  12. Add granulated sugar
  13. Add apple cider vinegar
  14. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  15. Add bay leaves
  16. Add halved cinnamon stick
  17. Add cloves
  18. Cook with MC in place - approx 20 min, 95°C, speed 1
  19. Add cranberries
  20. Cook with MC in place - approx 18 min, 95°C, speed 2
  21. Let cool completely
  22. Remove
  23. Transfer mixture to 2 jars
  24. Store in fridge
  25. Transfer content of jars to medium bowl
  26. Garnish with cinnamon stick
  27. Garnish with cranberries
  28. Serve
