Method
1. Add ginger to the TM5 bowl
2. Chop with MC in place - approx 6 sec, speed 10
3. Then add onion
4. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 5
5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
6. Cook - approx 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
7. Then add apple, granulated sugar and apple cider vinegar
8. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 5
9. Then add bay leaves, cinnamon stick and cloves
10. Cook with MC in place - approx 20 min, 95°C, speed 1
11. Then add cranberries
12. Cook with MC in place - approx 18 min, 95°C, speed 2
13. Let cool completely
14. Once cooled, remove bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and cloves
15. Transfer mixture to 2 jars
16. For serving, place chutney in the bowl and Garnish with cinnamon stick and cranberries
