Step preview

  1. Add ginger to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 6 sec, speed 10
  4. Then add onion to the mixture
  5. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Cook - approx 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
  8. Then add apple, granulated sugar and apple cider vinegar to the mixture
  9. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  10. Then add bay leaves, cinnamon stick and cloves to the mixture
  11. Cook with MC in place - approx 20 min, 95°C, speed 1
  12. Then add cranberries to the mixture
  13. Cook with MC in place - approx 18 min, 95°C, speed 2
  14. Let cool completely
  15. Remove
  16. Transfer mixture to 2 jars
  17. Store in fridge
  18. Transfer content of jars to medium bowl
  19. Garnish with cinnamon stick and cranberries
  20. Serve
