Method
1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Grease a clean large glass bowl and set aside
3. Add all purpose flour, active dried yeast, water, salt, sugar, greek yogurt, egg and unsalted butter to the TM5 bowl
4. Mix with MC in place - 5 sec, speed 5
5. Knead with MC in place - 3 min, dough
6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
7. Transfer dough to large glass bowl
8. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise - 1 hr
9. Punch down and shape into a ball
10. Transfer dough to floured work surface
11. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
12. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls
13. Place each of them on the baking sheet
14. Add egg and water to a clean small bowl
15. Whisk until combined
16. Brush each roll with egg mixture
17. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
18. Once done, let cool on the rack - approx 5 min
