Step preview

  1. Add potato and vegetable stock to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Cook with MC in place - approx 18 min, 100°C, speed 1
  4. Then add buttermilk, unsalted butter, salt and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  5. Mix with MC in place - approx 12 sec, speed 7
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Mix with MC in place - approx 4 sec, speed 7
  8. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  9. Add unsalted butter to the large serving bowl
  10. Garnish with fresh sage
  11. Serve immediately
