Method
1. Add potato and vegetable stock to the TM bowl
2. Cook with MC in place - 18 min, 100°C, speed 1
3. Then add buttermilk, unsalted butter, salt and black pepper to the TM bowl
4. Mix with MC in place - 12 sec, speed 7
5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
6. Mix with MC in place - 4 sec, speed 7
7. Transfer content of TM bowl to large serving bowl
8. Add unsalted butter
9. Garnish with fresh sage
10. Serve immediately
