Step preview

  1. Add extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic clove, fresh chili, cumin seeds, cayenne pepper and dried oregano to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  4. Sauté - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 1
  5. Then add ground beef, raw cane sugar and umami paste to the TM5 bowl
  6. Cook - approx 5 min, varoma, reverse speed 1
  7. Then add dried black beans, corn kernels and tomato purée to the TM5 bowl
  8. Cook - approx 5 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  9. Then add sea salt, cilantro and lemon juice to the TM5 bowl
  10. Stir - approx 10 sec, reverse speed 1
  11. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  12. Arrange tortilla chips, tomato and avocado in the large serving bowl
  13. Add feta cheese and sour cream to the large serving bowl
  14. Serve
