Step preview

  1. Add green beans and asparagus to the varoma dish
  2. Add egg to the simmering basket
  3. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Cook - approx 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
  6. Steam varoma dish - approx 11 min, varoma, speed 2
  7. Transfer content of varoma dish to water bath
  8. Drain eggs
  9. Peel
  10. Slice half
  11. Drain TM5 bowl
  12. Add mayonnaise, lime, sea salt, black pepper and avocado to the TM5 bowl
  13. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 7
  14. Transfer vegetables to serving plate
  15. Transfer eggs to serving plate
  16. Arrange avocado in the serving plate
  17. Pour content of TM5 bowl into serving plate
  18. Garnish with fresh parsley
  19. Serve
