Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside asparagus: trimmed
  2. Prep and set aside lime: zest of & juice of
  3. Prep and set aside avocado: sliced
  4. Get the varoma dish
  5. Add green beans
  6. Add prepared asparagus
  7. Get the simmering basket
  8. Add egg
  9. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  10. Add water
  11. Cook for approx 5min
  12. Steam varoma dish for approx 11min
  13. Transfer content of varoma dish to water bath
  14. Drain eggs
  15. Peel
  16. Slice half
  17. Drain TM5 bowl
  18. Add mayonnaise
  19. Add prepared lime
  20. Add sea salt
  21. Add black pepper
  22. Add avocado
  23. Blend for approx 20s
  24. Transfer vegetables to serving plate
  25. Transfer eggs to serving plate
  26. Arrange prepared avocado
  27. Pour content of TM5 bowl into serving plate
  28. Garnish with fresh parsley
  29. Serve
