Method
1. Add green beans and asparagus to the varoma dish
2. Add egg to the simmering basket and insert into Thermomix bowl
3. Add water to the TM bowl
4. Cook - 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
5. Set Varoma into position and steam 11 min, Varoma, speed 2
6. Place the veggies straight into an ice bath so they keep their bright green colour
7. Cool, peel and slice eggs
8. Drain, clean and dry TM bowl
9. Add mayonnaise, lime, pink Himalayan salt flakes, black pepper and avocado
10. Blend with MC on - 20 sec, speed 7
11. Place all salad ingredients onto a large platter
12. Drizzle over salad and garnish with additional parsley leaves
