Step preview

  1. Add soy sauce, fresh chili, maple syrup and lime to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  5. Add extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove, shallot and ginger to the TM5 bowl
  6. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  7. Sauté - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 1
  8. Then add fresh chili and scallion to the TM5 bowl
  9. Stir
  10. Get a clean frying pan
  11. Heat frying pan - medium heat
  12. Add extra virgin olive oil to the frying pan
  13. Add tofu to a clean work surface
  14. Dust with cornflour
  15. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  16. Transfer tofu to frying pan
  17. Fry bit by bit in frying pan until light golden - medium heat
  18. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to frying pan
  19. Stir until coated
  20. Transfer content of frying pan to large serving bowl
  21. Drizzle with sesame oil
  22. Garnish with cilantro
