  3. Prep and set aside ginger: peeled
  4. Prep and set aside fresh chili: deseeded & finely sliced
  5. Prep and set aside scallion: finely sliced
  6. Prep and set aside tofu: firm & cubed
  7. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  8. Add soy sauce
  9. Add fresh chili
  10. Add maple syrup
  11. Add prepared lime
  12. Blend for approx 20s
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  14. Retrieve TM5 bowl
  15. Add extra virgin olive oil
  16. Add garlic clove
  17. Add prepared shallot
  18. Add prepared ginger
  19. Chop for approx 3s
  20. Sauté for approx 5min
  21. Add prepared fresh chili
  22. Add prepared scallion
  23. Stir
  24. Get a clean frying pan
  25. Heat frying pan on medium heat
  26. Add extra virgin olive oil
  27. Prepare a clean work surface
  28. Add prepared tofu
  29. Dust with cornflour
  30. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  31. Transfer tofu to frying pan
  32. Fry bit by bit in frying pan on medium heat until light golden
  33. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to frying pan
  34. Stir until coated
  35. Transfer content of frying pan to large serving bowl
  36. Drizzle with sesame oil
  37. Garnish with cilantro
