  7. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  8. Add soy sauce
  9. Add fresh chili
  10. Add maple syrup
  11. Add prepared lime
  12. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  14. Add extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  15. Add garlic clove
  16. Add prepared shallot
  17. Add prepared ginger
  18. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  19. Sauté - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 1
  20. Add prepared fresh chili
  21. Add prepared scallion
  22. Stir
  23. Get a clean frying pan
  24. Heat frying pan - medium heat
  25. Add extra virgin olive oil
  26. Prepare a clean work surface
  27. Add prepared tofu
  28. Dust with cornflour
  29. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  30. Transfer tofu to frying pan
  31. Fry bit by bit in frying pan until light golden - medium heat
  32. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to frying pan
  33. Stir until coated
  34. Transfer content of frying pan to large serving bowl
  35. Drizzle with sesame oil
  36. Garnish with cilantro
