Method
1. Make the sauce first - add soy sauce, fresh chili, maple syrup and lime juice to the TM bowl
2. Blend with MC on - 20 sec, speed 8
3. Remove from bowl and set aside
4. Without cleaning the bowl, place EVOO, garlic, shallots and ginger into Thermomix bowl
5. Chop with MC on - 3 sec, speed 6
6. Sauté - 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
7. Sdd fresh chili and spring onions and just stir it through by hand
8. Meanwhile, heat a little bit of additional EVOO in a non stick frying pan to a medium heat
9. Carefully dust each piece of tofu with cornflour and dip one side into the sesame seeds
10. Fry the tofu in batches, refreshing the oil as needed
11. When they are all done, return them all to the frying pan with the ginger mixture from the Thermomix bowl
12. Stir to coat with the mixture
13. Serve immdieately with a drizzle of sesame oil and the plenty of sauce and coriander leaves
