Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside lime: juiced
  2. Prep and set aside cilantro: stalks of & coarsely chopped
  3. Prep and set aside peanuts: roasted
  4. Get the simmering basket
  5. Add wild rice
  6. Add water
  7. Steam - approx 30 min, 100°C, speed 4
  8. Drain
  9. Transfer content of simmering basket to large mixing bowl
  10. Add diced red onion
  11. Add peeled, diced mango
  12. Add deseeded, finely chopped fresh chili
  13. Peel orange
  14. Add coarsely chopped cilantro
  15. Add sliced scallion
  16. Toss until well combined
  17. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  18. Add extra virgin olive oil
  19. Add tamari
  20. Add prepared lime
  21. Add coconut sugar
  22. Add prepared cilantro
  23. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  24. Pour dressing into large mixing bowl
  25. Top with prepared peanuts
  26. Serve
