  2. Get a clean saucepan
  3. Add raisins
  4. Add orange juice
  5. Heat until simmering
  6. Set aside - 15 min

  11. Heat until simmering
  12. Set aside - 15 min
  13. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  14. Add egg yolk
  15. Add granulated sugar
  16. Whisk briefly
  17. Strain cream into mixture
  18. Whisk until combined
  19. Arrange bread slices in a loaf pan
  20. Pour mixture into loaf pan
  21. Set aside - 20 min
  22. Pre-heat - 160°C
  23. Place in water bath
  24. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 160°C
  25. Serve
