Delicious vegan chocolate and avocado mousse, quick to make and practically guilt-free! (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

  • Unsweetened chocolate icon

    Method

  • 1. Add unsweetened chocolate to a clean medium glass bowl
  • 2. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie (double boiler)
  • 3. Add melted chocolate, avocado, cocoa powder, agave syrup, sea salt and orange to the food processor bowl
  • 4. Blend until smooth
  • 5. Transfer to 2 small bowls and chill until set - approx 2 hr
  • 6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds
