These healthier pancakes are a mash-up of two breakfast favorites, together at last! Get creative and serve them with chocolate chips, orange zest, nuts, raisins, maple syrup... whatever you like in your porridge!

Step preview

  1. Add egg white to a clean medium bowl
  2. Whisk until stiff then set aside
  3. Add oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt to a clean medium bowl
  4. Blend until fine then set aside
  5. Place a clean large mixing bowl on drop
  6. Add milk, honey, egg yolk and coconut oil to the large mixing bowl
  7. Whisk briefly
  8. Stir oat mixture into batter
  9. Fold egg whites into batter gently
  10. Fry - medium heat
  11. Serve immediately
