In the traditional Thai manner, fresh rice noodles. (Well they don’t use a Thermomix® of course, but you get it right?) Make sure you soak your rice overnight before starting the recipe!

    Ingredients

  • White rice icon
    White rice350 gsoaked
  • Water icon
    Water450 g
  • Water icon
    Wateras needed
  • Extra virgin olive oil icon
    Extra virgin olive oilas needed

    Method

  • 1. Add white rice and water to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place - 2 min, speed 9
  • 3. Then add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend with MC in place 1 min, speed 9
  • 5. Line the varoma tray with parchment paper
  • 6. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  • 7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to medium bowl
  • 8. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 9. Boil - 10 min, Varoma, speed 3
  • 10. Pour content of medium bowl into varoma tray
  • 11. Steam varoma tray - approx 7 min, Varoma, speed 4
  • 12. Transfer content of varoma tray to work surface
  • 13. Slice
  • 14. Repeat
  • 15. Serve
  • 16. Store in fridge
