In the traditional Thai manner, fresh rice noodles. (Well they don’t use a Thermomix® of course, but you get it right?) Make sure you soak your rice overnight before starting the recipe!

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside white rice: soaked
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add prepared white rice
  4. Add water
  5. Blend for approx 2min
  6. Add water
  7. Blend for approx 1min
  8. Line the varoma tray with parchment paper
  9. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  10. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to medium bowl
  11. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  12. Add water
  13. Boil for approx 10min
  14. Pour batter into varoma tray
  15. Steam for approx 7min
  16. Transfer content of varoma tray to work surface
  17. Slice
  18. Repeat
  19. Serve
  20. Store in fridge
