In the traditional Thai manner, fresh rice noodles. (Well they don’t use a Thermomix® of course, but you get it right?) Make sure you soak your rice overnight before starting the recipe!

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside white rice: soaked
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add prepared white rice
  4. Add water
  5. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 9
  6. Add water
  7. Blend - approx 1 min, speed 9
  8. Line the varoma tray with parchment paper
  9. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  10. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to medium bowl
  11. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  12. Boil - approx 10 min, varoma, speed 3
  13. Pour batter into varoma tray
  14. Steam - approx 7 min, varoma, speed 4
  15. Transfer content of varoma tray to work surface
  16. Slice
  17. Repeat
  18. Serve
  19. Store in fridge
