  7. Add water
  8. Boil - approx 8 min, varoma, speed 3
  9. Get the varoma dish
  10. Add frozen peas
  11. Add prepared fresh broad beans
  12. Attach content of varoma dish to TM5 bowl
  13. Steam - approx 7 min, varoma, speed 3
  14. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  15. Add water
  16. Submerge content of TM5 bowl in large mixing bowl
  17. Clean TM5 bowl
  18. Add fresh basil
  19. Add mint
  20. Add fresh parsley
  21. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  22. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  23. Add prepared lemon
  24. Add extra virgin olive oil
  25. Add salt & pepper
  26. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 4
  27. Drain large mixing bowl
  28. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to large serving bowl
  29. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  30. Grate prepared lemon
  31. Top with prepared fresh chives
  32. Add prepared mozzarella cheese
  33. Serve
