    Method

  • 1. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Bring to boil - 8 min, Varoma, speed 3
  • 3. Add frozen peas and fresh broad beans to the varoma dish
  • 4. Set steamer into position
  • 5. Steam - 7 min, Varoma, speed 3
  • 6. Add ice cold water to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 7. Remove vegetables and plunge into iced water immediately. Skin broad beans if desired
  • 8. Clean and dry TM bowl
  • 9. Add fresh basil leaves, mint leaves and fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Chop with MC on - 3 sec, speed 6
  • 11. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 12. Add lemon, extra virgin olive oil and salt & pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 13. Blend with MC on - 3 sec, speed 4
  • 14. Toss together with all remaining ingredients, drizzle with extra olive oil
  • 15. Serve with crusty bread
