  2. Add frozen peas
  3. Add single cream
  4. Add unsalted butter
  5. Cook for approx 5min
  6. Purée for approx 15s
  7. Prepare a work surface
  8. Add rustic french bread
  9. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  10. Toast each side on high heat
  11. Rub in garlic clove
  12. Spoon purée into bread
  13. Top with blue cheese
  14. Garnish with fresh thyme
