Step preview

  1. Add frozen peas, single cream and unsalted butter to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Cook - approx 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
  4. Purée - approx 15 sec, speed 7
  5. Prepare a clean work surface
  6. Add rustic french bread to the work surface
  7. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  8. Toast each side - high heat
  9. Rub garlic clove onto the bread
  10. Spoon purée onto bread
  11. Top with blue cheese
  12. Garnish with fresh thyme
