Perfect Party Food, and it will feed a few...though you may want to have more ingredients on standby as it is SOOO good. And get the crackers sorted! Serve sprinkled with crispy fried shallots and plenty of dippers, like veggies or chips to go with it.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat a clean frying pan - medium-high heat
  2. Add extra virgin olive oil and shallot to the frying pan
  3. Fry in frying pan until crispy - approx 10 min
  4. Transfer content of frying pan to small bowl
  5. Add butter, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, onion and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  6. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  7. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 4
  8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  9. Sauté - approx 15 min, varoma, reverse speed 1
  10. Cook - approx 15 min, 100°C, speed 1
  11. Let cool
  12. Add cream cheese and sour cream to the TM5 bowl
  13. Blend - approx 4 sec, speed 5
  14. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  15. Spoon onions into mixture
  16. Serve
