  • Onion icon
    Onion2peeled, halved
  • Shallot icon
    Shallot2fried
  • Butter icon
    Butter50 g
  • Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce icon
    Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce2 tablespoons
  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon
    Pink himalayan salt flakes1 pinch
  • Cream cheese icon
    Cream cheese120 g
  • Sour cream icon
    Sour cream200 g
    Method

  • 1. Add butter, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, onion and salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop for 4 sec, speed 4
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Sauté for 15 min, Varoma, reverse speed 1
  • 5. Cook for 15 min, 100°C, speed 1
  • 6. Cool onion mixture completely before proceeding
  • 7. Add cream cheese and sour cream to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Blend with MC in place 4 sec, speed 5
  • 9. Serve sprinkled with crispy fried shallots and plenty of dippers, like veggies or chips to go with it
