    Method

  • 1. Add mirin, toasted sesame oil, tamari, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice and mayonnaise to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place 10 sec, speed 10
  • 3. Remove from bowl set aside
  • 4. Add carrot and scallion to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 5
  • 6. Remove and add to the dressing
  • 7. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Add sushi rice to the simmering basket
  • 9. Steam for 14 min, 100°C, speed 4
  • 10. Drain
  • 11. Transfer rice to large serving bowl
  • 12. Arrange cucumber, salmon, crab meat, avocado and nori sheets in the large serving bowl
  • 13. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • 14. Garnish with wasabi and pickled ginger
  • 15. Serve
