Method
1. Add mirin, toasted sesame oil, tamari, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice and mayonnaise to the TM5 bowl
2. Blend with MC in place 10 sec, speed 10
3. Remove from bowl set aside
4. Add carrot and scallion to the TM5 bowl
5. Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 5
6. Remove and add to the dressing
7. Add water to the TM5 bowl
8. Add sushi rice to the simmering basket
9. Steam for 14 min, 100°C, speed 4
10. Drain
11. Transfer rice to large serving bowl
12. Arrange cucumber, salmon, crab meat, avocado and nori sheets in the large serving bowl
13. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
14. Garnish with wasabi and pickled ginger
15. Serve
