Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: cubed
  2. Prep and set aside cauliflower: florets of
  3. Prep and set aside fresh chives: finely chopped
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  6. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  8. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  9. Add butter to the TM5 bowl
  10. Add leek
  11. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  12. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  13. Sauté - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 2
  14. Add prepared cauliflower
  15. Add vegetable stock
  16. Cook - approx 15 min, 100°C, speed 2
  17. Add single cream
  18. Transfer cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  19. Purée - approx 1 min, speed 5
  20. Season with salt & pepper
  21. Garnish with prepared fresh chives
  22. Serve
