Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: cubed
  2. Prep and set aside cauliflower: florets of
  3. Prep and set aside fresh chives: finely chopped
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  6. Blend for approx 10s
  7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  8. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  9. Retrieve TM5 bowl
  10. Add butter
  11. Add leek
  12. Chop for approx 5s
  13. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  14. Sauté for approx 5min
  15. Add prepared cauliflower
  16. Add vegetable stock
  17. Cook for approx 15min
  18. Add single cream
  19. Transfer cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  20. Purée for approx 1min
  21. Season with salt & pepper
  22. Garnish with prepared fresh chives
  23. Serve
