    500ml (2⅛ cups)
  • Single cream icon

    200ml (¾ cup)

Step preview

  1. Add parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  6. Add butter and leek to the TM5 bowl
  7. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  9. Sauté - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 2
  10. Then add cauliflower and vegetable stock to the TM5 bowl
  11. Cook - approx 15 min, 100°C, speed 2
  12. Then add single cream to the TM5 bowl
  13. Transfer cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  14. Purée - approx 1 min, speed 5
  15. Then season with salt & pepper
  16. Garnish with fresh chives
  17. Serve
