Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside lime: juice of
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add tamarind paste
  4. Add soy sauce
  5. Add fish sauce
  6. Add water
  7. Add prepared lime
  8. Cook with MC in place - approx 5 min, 80°C, speed 1
  9. Blend until smooth - approx 20 sec, speed 5
  10. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  11. Refrigerate in fridge
