Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside tomato: cubed
  2. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: cubed & beaten
  3. Prep and set aside walnuts: toasted
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add prepared tomato
  6. Cook - approx 10 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to sieve
  8. Transfer content of sieve to small bowl
  9. Clean TM5 bowl
  10. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  11. Add prepared walnuts
  12. Blend - approx 8 sec, speed 9
  13. Add dulse sea vegetable flakes
  14. Add balsamic vinegar
  15. Add anchovies
  16. Transfer content of small bowl to TM5 bowl
  17. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 4
  18. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  19. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
