Method
1. Add roma tomato to the TM5 bowl
2. Cook - approx 10 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to sieve
4. Transfer content of sieve to small bowl. Reserve liquid.
5. Clean TM5 bowl
6. Add parmesan cheese and walnuts to the TM5 bowl
7. Blend - approx 8 sec, speed 9 with MC on
8. Then add dulse sea vegetable flakes, balsamic vinegar and anchovies to the TM5 bowl
9. Transfer content of small bowl to TM5 bowl
10. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 4 with MC on
11. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
13. Serve on crostini, as is
