Who needs ordinary potato salad when you can have extra tasty potato salad with chorizo and artichoke? A hearty, flavourful salad to feed the hoards!

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat a clean frying pan
  2. Add chorizo to the frying pan
  3. Cook in frying pan until crispy
  4. Squeeze lemon into the meat and mix
  5. Set aside
  6. Add potato to the varoma dish
  7. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  8. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Steam - approx 35 min, varoma, speed 3
  10. Transfer potatoes to large serving bowl
  11. Add artichoke hearts, red onion, celery stalk and grape tomato to the salad
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and mint
  13. Transfer meat to salad
  14. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing
  15. Toss
  16. Serve immediately
