Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: cubed
  2. Prep and set aside onion: quartered
  3. Prep and set aside bacon: cubed
  4. Prep and set aside chestnut mushroom: sliced
  5. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  6. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  7. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  8. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  9. Add prepared onion to the TM5 bowl
  10. Add garlic clove
  11. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 4
  12. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  13. Add prepared bacon
  14. Add prepared chestnut mushroom
  15. Sauté - approx 10 min, varoma, reverse speed 2
  16. Add vegetable stock
  17. Add umami paste
  18. Add spaghetti
  19. Cook - approx 8 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  20. Drizzle with single cream
  21. Season with sea salt
  22. Season with black pepper
  23. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley
  24. Transfer cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  25. Serve
