  1. Prep and set aside steak: sliced
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add fish sauce
  4. Add oyster sauce
  5. Add chicken stock
  6. Add coconut sugar
  7. Add extra virgin olive oil
  8. Add garlic clove
  9. Add fresh chili
  10. Blend for approx 10s
  11. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  12. Add prepared steak
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to meat
  14. Marinate in fridge for 30min
  15. Pre-heat TM5 bowl for approx 5min
  16. Add extra virgin olive oil
  17. Drain meat
  18. Transfer meat to TM5 bowl
  19. Cook for approx 5min
  20. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to heatproof bowl
  21. Add snow peas
  22. Add Thai basil
  23. Serve
