Method
1. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, coconut sugar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove and fresh chili to the TM bowl
2. Blend with MC on - 10 sec, speed 6
3. Pour over meat and marinate for 30 minutes
4. Without cleaning bowl, preheat Thermomix bowl - 5 min, Varoma, speed 2
5. Then add extra virgin olive oil
6. Drain marinade from beef and fry - 5 min, Varoma, Reverse speed 1
7. Remove from bowl and place into insulated serving bowl
8. Add snow pea and basil to the heatproof bowl to wilt basil
9. Serve immediately with steamed rice
