  • Oyster sauce icon

  • Chicken stock powder icon
    Chicken stock powder4 teaspoons
  • Coconut sugar icon
    Coconut sugar½ teaspoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    Method

  • 1. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, coconut sugar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove and fresh chili to the TM bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC on - 10 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Pour over meat and marinate for 30 minutes
  • 4. Without cleaning bowl, preheat Thermomix bowl - 5 min, Varoma, speed 2
  • 5. Then add extra virgin olive oil
  • 6. Drain marinade from beef and fry - 5 min, Varoma, Reverse speed 1
  • 7. Remove from bowl and place into insulated serving bowl
  • 8. Add snow pea and basil to the heatproof bowl to wilt basil
  • 9. Serve immediately with steamed rice
