Method
1. Add fresh parsley to the TM bowl
2. Chop with MC on - 4 sec, speed 4
3. Remove from bowl and reserve for garnish
4. Add garlic, red onion and chorizo to the TM bowl
5. Chop with MC on - 3 sec, speed 6
6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
7. Sauté - 5 min, Varoma, reverse speed 2
8. Then add canned tomatoes, vegetable stock, celery stalk, button mushroom, carrot, potato, dark brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and tomato paste to the TM bowl
9. Cook - 20 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
10. Add canned borlotti beans and cheese tortellini
11. Cook - 5 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
12. Let rest - approx 10 min
13. Transfer soup to serving bowls
14. Serve with chopped parsley, grated parmesan and lemon zest
