  1. Prep and set aside onion: halved
  2. Prep and set aside chicken thighs: diced
  3. Prep and set aside cashew nuts: roasted
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add prepared onion
  6. Add peeled garlic clove
  7. Add extra virgin olive oil
  8. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 6
  9. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  10. Sauté - approx 6 min, varoma, speed 2
  11. Add prepared chicken thighs
  12. Add fish sauce
  13. Add dark soy sauce
  14. Add oyster sauce
  15. Add tamari
  16. Add sugar
  17. Add water
  18. Cook with MC in place - approx 8 min, varoma, reverse gentle stir
  19. Add prepared cashew nuts
  20. Add fresh basil
  21. Get a clean heatproof bowl
  22. Add egg noodles
  23. Cover with hot water
  24. Transfer content of heatproof bowl to colander
  25. Mix in noodles to TM5 bowl
  26. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 6 large serving bowls
  27. Serve
