Step preview

  1. Add onion, garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 6
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Sauté - approx 6 min, varoma, speed 2
  6. Then add chicken thighs, fish sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, tamari, sugar and water to the TM5 bowl
  7. Cook with MC in place - approx 8 min, varoma, reverse gentle stir
  8. Then add cashew nuts and fresh basil to the TM5 bowl
  9. Add egg noodles to a clean heatproof bowl
  10. Cover with water
  11. Transfer content of heatproof bowl to colander
  12. Mix in noodles to TM5 bowl
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 6 large serving bowls
  14. Serve
