Step preview

  1. Add fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
  5. Add cheddar cheese to the TM5 bowl
  6. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 7
  7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
  8. Add sweet potato to the simmering basket
  9. Pour water into the sweet potatoes
  10. Add baby spinach to the varoma dish
  11. Cook - approx 20 min, varoma, speed 4
  12. Remove then set aside
  13. Drain sweet potatoes
  14. Add butter, sea salt, black pepper and milk to the sweet potatoes
  15. Blend then set aside - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  16. Add onion and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  17. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 4
  18. Then add carrot to the TM5 bowl
  19. Sauté - approx 4 min, varoma, speed 1
  20. Then add mascarpone cheese, lemon, wholegrain mustard and nutmeg to the TM5 bowl
  21. Mix - approx 5 sec, reverse gentle stir
  22. Then add frozen peas and canned tuna to the TM5 bowl
  23. Fold
  24. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  25. Grease a clean pie dish
  26. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to pie dish
  27. Transfer content of varoma dish to pie dish
  28. Transfer content of medium bowl to pie dish
  29. Add content of small bowl to pie dish
  30. Transfer sweet potatoes to TM5 bowl
  31. Bake pie dish until browned - 20 min, 200°C
  32. Serve
