A delicious little tapas bite or go the full hog (well, cow I guess) and have them for dinner. Easy in the extreme and completely delicious! Use wraps, pitas, or your flat bread of choice per serving.

  1. Prep and set aside beef filet: cubed
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes
  4. Add fresh parsley
  5. Add baby spinach
  6. Add diced red onion
  7. Add crumbled feta cheese
  8. Toss until well combined then set aside
  9. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  10. Add fennel seeds
  11. Add destalked fresh rosemary
  12. Blend with MC in place - approx 8 sec, speed 10
  13. Add fresh parsley
  14. Add mint
  15. Add scallion
  16. Add ground cumin
  17. Chop with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  18. Add prepared beef filet
  19. Add breadcrumbs
  20. Add honey
  21. Season to taste
  22. Add egg
  23. Add sea salt
  24. Blend with MC in place - approx 30 sec, speed 8
  25. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  26. Heat in frying pan - high heat
  27. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  28. Form meat into balls and press down
  29. Transfer meat to frying pan
  30. Fry in frying pan until browned
  31. Get a clean serving plate
  32. Add flour tortilla
  33. Spread with greek yogurt
  34. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to serving plate
  35. Top with crumbled feta cheese
  36. Transfer content of frying pan to serving plate
  37. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  38. Garnish with lemon
