A delicious little tapas bite or go the full hog (well, cow I guess) and have them for dinner. Easy in the extreme and completely delicious! Use wraps, pitas, or your flat bread of choice per serving.

Step preview

  1. Add cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, baby spinach, red onion and feta cheese to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Toss until well combined then set aside
  3. Add fennel seeds and fresh rosemary to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Blend with MC in place - approx 8 sec, speed 10
  6. Then add fresh parsley, mint, scallion and ground cumin to the TM5 bowl
  7. Chop with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  8. Then add beef filet, breadcrumbs and honey to the TM5 bowl
  9. Season to taste
  10. Add egg and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  11. Blend with MC in place - approx 30 sec, speed 8
  12. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  13. Heat in frying pan - high heat
  14. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  15. Form meat into balls and press down
  16. Transfer meat to frying pan
  17. Fry in frying pan until browned
  18. Add flour tortilla to a clean serving plate
  19. Spread with greek yogurt
  20. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to serving plate
  21. Top with feta cheese
  22. Transfer content of frying pan to serving plate
  23. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  24. Garnish with lemon
