Method
1. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Cream until smooth
3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until well combined
4. Mix in all purpose flour, sea salt and baking soda
5. Add chocolate chips and fold until just combined
6. Chill in freezer until cool
7. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
8. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
9. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
10. Bake until golden brown - 11 min, 175°C
11. Transfer one by one onto cooling rack and let cool
12. Serve
