Step preview

  1. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Cream until smooth
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough
  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Add all purpose flour, sea salt and baking soda to the dough
  6. Mix until completely mixed
  7. Add chocolate chips to the dough
  8. Fold until just combined
  9. Chill in freezer until cool
  10. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  11. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  12. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
  13. Bake until golden brown - 11 min, 175°C
  14. Transfer one by one onto cooling rack and let cool - 30 min 45 sec, 30°C
  15. Serve
