    Method

  • 1. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Cream until smooth
  • 3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until well combined
  • 4. Mix in all purpose flour, sea salt and baking soda
  • 5. Add chocolate chips and fold until just combined
  • 6. Chill in freezer until cool
  • 7. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
  • 8. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 9. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
  • 10. Bake until golden brown - 11 min, 175°C
  • 11. Transfer one by one onto cooling rack and let cool
  • 12. Serve
