Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside medjool dates: pitted
  2. Prep and set aside coconut oil: melted
  3. Get a clean food processor bowl
  4. Add prepared medjool dates
  5. Blend until small clumps form
  6. Add peanut butter
  7. Blend until combined
  8. Add cacao powder
  9. Blend until well combined
  10. Add prepared coconut oil bit by bit
  11. Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
  12. Transfer content of food processor bowl to loaf pan
  13. Smooth with tablespoon
  14. Freeze until firm - approx 20 min
  15. Slice into squares
  16. Serve
