    x 20 (about 500g)
  • Coconut oil icon
    Coconut oil
    4 tbsp (about 60ml)
  • Peanut butter icon
    Peanut butter
    1 cup (264g)
  • Cacao powder icon
    Cacao powder
    about ½ cup (44g)

Step preview

  1. Add medjool dates to a clean food processor bowl
  2. Blend until small clumps form
  3. Add peanut butter to the food processor bowl
  4. Blend until combined
  5. Add cacao powder to the food processor bowl
  6. Blend until well combined
  7. Add coconut oil to the food processor bowl bit by bit
  8. Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
  9. Transfer content of food processor bowl to loaf pan
  10. Smooth with tablespoon
  11. Freeze until firm - approx 20 min
  12. Slice into squares
  13. Serve
