Ingredients
Mango2peeled, diced
Fresh chili1sliced, deseeded
Jumbo shrimp250 gcooked, peeled
Lime juice100 ml
Salt1 pinch
Cilantroas needed
Red onion½finely sliced
Method
1. Add red onion to a clean small bowl, fill with ice water and let rest for 15 min
2. In a clean medium bowl mix together lime juice, mango, fresh chili and salt
3. Drain onions and add them to the bowl with mango
4. Stir in jumbo shrimps
5. Let rest for 1 min
6. Garnish with cilantro
7. Serve
