  • Jumbo shrimp icon

  • Red onion icon

    ½ (about 67.5 g)
  • Lime juice icon

    100 ml (about 100 g)

    1 pinch (about 0.38 g)

Step preview

  1. Add red onion to a clean small bowl
  2. Fill with ice water
  3. Let rest - 15 min
  4. Add lime juice, mango, fresh chili and salt to a clean medium bowl
  5. Stir until well combined
  6. Drain onions
  7. Transfer onions to medium bowl
  8. Add jumbo shrimp to the medium bowl
  9. Stir
  10. Let rest - approx 1 min
  11. Garnish with cilantro
  12. Serve
