This simple recipe is perfect for warm summer days. If you have delicious mangos in your kitchen, you should give a chance to this sweet and spicy salad.

  • Mango icon
    Mango2peeled, diced
  • Fresh chili icon
    Fresh chili1sliced, deseeded
  • Jumbo shrimp icon
    Jumbo shrimp250 gcooked, peeled
  • Lime juice icon
    Lime juice100 ml
  • Salt icon
    Salt1 pinch
  • Cilantro icon
    Cilantroas needed
  • Red onion icon
    Red onion½finely sliced
    Method

  • 1. Add red onion to a clean small bowl, fill with ice water and let rest for 15 min
  • 2. In a clean medium bowl mix together lime juice, mango, fresh chili and salt
  • 3. Drain onions and add them to the bowl with mango
  • 4. Stir in jumbo shrimps
  • 5. Let rest for 1 min
  • 6. Garnish with cilantro
  • 7. Serve
