  1. Prep and set aside lemon: peel
  2. Get a clean food processor bowl
  3. Add prepared lemon
  4. Pour extra virgin olive oil
  5. Process until blended - approx 2 min
  6. Let rest - 1 hr
  7. Strain with sieve
  8. Transfer oil mixture to plastic container
