  • Lemon icon

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon
    Extra virgin olive oil480 ml
    Method

  • 1. Add lemon to a clean food processor bowl
  • 2. Pour extra virgin olive oil into the oil mixture
  • 3. Process until blended - approx 2 min
  • 4. Let rest - 1 hr
  • 5. Strain with sieve
  • 6. Transfer oil mixture to plastic container
