Chermoula is a marinade frequently used in Moroccan, Tunisian, and Algerian cooking. Typically, it is used to flavour fish, but this sauce goes with everything! I served mine with Sweet Potato pancakes (find the recipe in my profile!) Perfect as a dip with crudite or slap it on a sandwich. The flavours would be delicious with falafels too.

  3. Prep and set aside coriander seeds: crushed
  4. Prep and set aside lemon: juiced & zested
  5. Get a clean food processor bowl
  6. Add prepared fresh parsley

  8. Add garlic clove
  9. Add ginger

  18. Mix herbs into medium bowl
