  • Coriander seeds icon
    Coriander seeds½ tablespooncrushed
  • Lemon icon
    Lemon1juiced, zested
  • Garlic clove icon

    Ginger2 tablespoons
  • Smoked paprika icon
    Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin icon

    Method

  • 1. Add fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic clove, ginger, smoked paprika, ground cumin, coriander seeds, lemon and saffron threads to a clean food processor bowl
  • 2. Blend
  • 3. Add greek yogurt to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Mix herbs into medium bowl
  • 5. Sprinkle with smoked paprika
  • 6. Serve
