    Method

  • 1. Add sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, hazelnuts, rolled oats, chia seeds, psyllium husk powder and fine sea salt to a clean loaf pan
  • 2. Stir well until combined
  • 3. Add maple syrup, coconut oil and water to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Whisk together
  • 5. Transfer wet ingredients to loaf pan
  • 6. Mix well until thick
  • 7. Smooth
  • 8. Let rest - approx 2 hr
  • 9. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 10. Bake - 20 min
  • 11. Remove
  • 12. Turn out content of loaf pan onto work surface
  • 13. Bake upside down until hollow-sounding when tapped - 35 min
  • 14. Transfer onto cooling rack
  • 15. Let cool completely
  • 16. Slice
  • 17. Serve
  • 18. Store in plastic container
