Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease 2 clean loaf pans
  3. Add buttermilk and treacle to a clean jug
  4. Stir until combined then set aside
  5. Add all purpose flour, oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Mix briefly
  7. Transfer milk mixture to dough
  8. Mix well until combined
  9. Transfer dough to 2 loaf pans
  10. Sprinkle with mixed seeds
  11. Bake - 50 min, 180°C
  12. Remove
  13. Bake until hollow-sounding when tapped - 10 min, 180°C
