Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Grease 2 clean loaf pans
  3. Get a clean jug
  4. Add buttermilk
  5. Add treacle
  6. Stir until combined then set aside
  7. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Add all purpose flour
  9. Add oats
  10. Add whole wheat flour
  11. Add baking soda
  12. Add salt
  13. Add pumpkin seeds
  14. Add sunflower seeds
  15. Mix briefly
  16. Transfer milk mixture to dough
  17. Mix well until combined
  18. Transfer dough to 2 loaf pans
  19. Sprinkle with mixed seeds
  20. Bake - 50 min, 180°C
  21. Remove
  22. Bake until hollow-sounding when tapped - 10 min, 180°C
