  • Red onion icon

  • Olive oil icon

  • Dried oregano icon

  • Red wine vinegar icon

    Method

  • 1. Add red onion to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Add olive oil, dried oregano and red wine vinegar to a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Stir until well combined
  • 4. Pour oil mixture into small bowl
  • 5. Let rest - approx 1 hr
  • 6. Yum!
