Ingredients
Garlic clove3chopped
Anchovies3
Mayonnaise290 g
Fresh basil leaves14 g
Fresh tarragon4 tablespoons
Fresh parsley16 g
Lemon juice3 tablespoons
Olive oil5 tablespoons
Red wine vinegar2 tablespoons
Salt2 pinches
Method
1. Add anchovies, garlic clove, mayonnaise, fresh basil leaves, fresh tarragon, fresh parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt to a clean blender jug
2. Blend until well combined
3. Season to taste
4. Serve
