This is a perfect recipe for easy, fool-proof brownies. Deliciously rich and gooey, these are just unbeatable when served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We eat them at every family event we've ever had but calling them "Ellen's Brownies" just didn't get across how GOOD these are. So, cheers Ellen. Here's to your brownies!
