A delicious and healthy way to enjoy a whole cauliflower. Roasted with a yummy sesame, ginger and garlic Sriracha marinade.

  • Sriracha sauce icon

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

  • Miso paste icon
    Miso paste1 tablespoon
  • Ginger icon
    Ginger1 teaspoonfinely grated
  • Cauliflower icon
    Cauliflower1 headstem removed
  • Sea salt icon
    Sea saltas needed
  • Green onion icon
    Green onion25 gfinely sliced
  • Sesame seeds icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  • 2. Add sriracha sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil, miso paste and ginger to a clean small bowl
  • 3. Mix
  • 4. Add cauliflower to a clean round pan
  • 5. Rub generously until coated
  • 6. Roast until browned - 30 min
  • 7. Cover with foil
  • 8. Roast - 15 min
  • 9. Remove
  • 10. Season with sea salt
  • 11. Garnish with green onion
  • 12. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • 13. Garnish with black sesame seeds
  • 14. Serve
