A delicious and healthy way to enjoy a whole cauliflower. Roasted with a yummy sesame, ginger and garlic Sriracha marinade.

  • Cauliflower icon

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 218°C
  2. Add sriracha sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil, miso paste and ginger to a clean small bowl
  3. Mix
  4. Add cauliflower to a clean round pan
  5. Rub generously until coated
  6. Roast until browned - 30 min
  7. Cover with foil
  8. Roast - 15 min
  9. Remove
  10. Season with sea salt
  11. Garnish with green onion
  12. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  13. Garnish with black sesame seeds
  14. Serve
