Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 218°C
  2. Get a clean small bowl
  3. Add sriracha sauce
  4. Add garlic powder
  5. Add sesame oil
  6. Add extra virgin olive oil
  7. Add miso paste
  8. Add finely grated ginger
  9. Mix
  10. Get a clean round pan
  11. Add stem removed cauliflower
  12. Rub generously until coated
  13. Roast until browned - 30 min
  14. Cover with foil
  15. Roast - 15 min
  16. Remove
  17. Season with sea salt
  18. Garnish with finely sliced green onion
  19. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
  20. Garnish with toasted black sesame seeds
  21. Serve
