Step preview

  1. Add quinoa and water to a clean saucepan
  2. Simmer until fluffy - 15 min
  3. Add quinoa to medium bowl
  4. Add canned chickpeas, egg, fresh parsley, fresh basil, garlic clove, parmesan cheese, sundried tomato, gram flour and lemon to the mixture
  5. Season with salt & pepper
  6. Blend until combined
  7. Form
  8. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  9. Grill until golden brown
