    Method

  • 1. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  • 2. Boil
  • 3. Add sea salt and spaghetti to the pasta
  • 4. Cook until al dente
  • 5. Add garlic clove and fresh basil leaves to a clean food processor bowl
  • 6. Pulse until mixture comes together
  • 7. Add lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, avocado and water to the sauce
  • 8. Process until smooth
  • 9. Add sea salt and black pepper to the sauce to taste
  • 10. Drain pasta
  • 11. Transfer sauce to pasta
  • 12. Stir until well combined
  • 13. Top with lemon zest
  • 14. Garnish with fresh basil leaves
  • 15. Serve immediately
