Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add peanut butter, ground almonds, baking soda, honey, vanilla extract and egg white to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Combine until dough forms
  5. Form evenly into balls
  6. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet
  7. Flatten until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  8. Bake - approx 8 min, 180°C
  9. Remove
  10. Let cool
  11. Serve
