Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
2. Add banana to a clean large mixing bowl
3. Mash
4. Add egg, vanilla extract, maple syrup and coconut oil to the large mixing bowl
5. Mix
6. Add ground almonds, baking powder and ground cinnamon to a clean medium bowl
7. Mix
8. Transfer content of medium bowl to large mixing bowl
9. Fold blueberries into the large mixing bowl
10. Grease a clean loaf pan with coconut oil
11. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to loaf pan
12. Bake until golden brown - 55 min, 170°C
13. Let cool - approx 20 min
14. Slice
15. Serve
