  1. Prep and set aside coconut oil: melted
  2. Prep and set aside fresh rosemary: finely chopped
  3. Pre-heat - 175°C
  4. Get a clean pie dish
  5. Add blackberries
  6. Add blueberries
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  8. Add prepared coconut oil
  9. Add balsamic vinegar
  10. Sprinkle with prepared fresh rosemary
  11. Mix until coated
  12. Bake - 10 min
  13. Set aside and continue
  14. Get a clean baking dish
  15. Line with parchment paper
  16. Place brie
  17. Bake - 6 min, 175°C
  18. Transfer content of baking dish to serving plate
  19. Transfer fruit to serving plate gently
  20. Garnish with fresh rosemary
  21. Serve immediately with cheese knife
