Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
2. Add blackberries and blueberries to a clean pie dish
3. Sprinkle with brown sugar
4. Add coconut oil and balsamic vinegar to the fruit
5. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary
6. Mix until coated
7. Bake - 10 min
8. Set aside and continue
9. Get a clean baking dish
10. Line with parchment paper
11. Place brie on the baking dish
12. Bake - 6 min, 175°C
13. Transfer content of baking dish to serving plate
14. Transfer fruit to serving plate gently
15. Garnish with fresh rosemary
16. Serve immediately with cheese knife
