Ingredients
Fresh rosemary1 tablespoonfinely chopped
Almonds70 g
Cashew nuts70 g
Walnuts60 g
Extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
Kosher salt½ teaspoon
Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
2. Arrange almonds, cashew nuts and walnuts in a clean baking sheet evenly
3. Roast until golden brown - approx 8 min
4. Transfer content of baking sheet to medium bowl
5. Add extra virgin olive oil to the medium bowl
6. Mix with tablespoon
7. Add kosher salt and fresh rosemary to the medium bowl
8. Mix with tablespoon
9. Serve
