A ridiculously quick and easy way to impress your guests. The fragrant rosemary and crunchy rock salt pair perfectly with the roasted nuts coated in olive oil.

  • Fresh rosemary icon
    Fresh rosemary1 tablespoonfinely chopped
  • Almonds icon

  • Cashew nuts icon

  • Walnuts icon
    Walnuts60 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

  • Kosher salt icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Arrange almonds, cashew nuts and walnuts in a clean baking sheet evenly
  • 3. Roast until golden brown - approx 8 min
  • 4. Transfer content of baking sheet to medium bowl
  • 5. Add extra virgin olive oil to the medium bowl
  • 6. Mix with tablespoon
  • 7. Add kosher salt and fresh rosemary to the medium bowl
  • 8. Mix with tablespoon
  • 9. Serve
