Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside garlic clove: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside fresh chili: deseeded & sliced
  3. Get a clean large saucepan
  4. Add short grain rice
  5. Add water and bring to a boil
  6. Simmer and continue - approx 20 min
  7. Let rest then fluff with a fork - 10 min
  8. Get a clean small bowl
  9. Add hoisin sauce
  10. Add soy sauce
  11. Add white wine vinegar
  12. Mix with tablespoon until completely mixed
  13. Get a clean frying pan
  14. Add vegetable oil
  15. Heat - high heat
  16. Add prepared garlic clove
  17. Add grated ginger
  18. Add prepared fresh chili
  19. Fry in frying pan - approx 10 sec, high heat
  20. Fry while stirring occasionally - approx 3 min, high heat
  21. Add finely sliced pork tenderloin
  22. Remove with slotted spoon then set aside
  23. Add sugar snap peas
  24. Add broccoli
  25. Cook in frying pan - approx 1 min
  26. Add water
  27. Cook in frying pan - approx 1 min
  28. Return
  29. Transfer sauce to stir fry and mix
  30. Cook in frying pan until cooked through
  31. Transfer rice to 2 medium bowls
  32. Transfer stir fry to 2 medium bowls
  33. Serve immediately
