  1. Get a clean cutting board
  2. Add chicken breast
  3. Slice lengthwise
  4. Transfer content of cutting board to baking dish
  5. Get a clean medium bowl
  6. Add mango chutney
  7. Add honey
  8. Add worcestershire sauce
  9. Add garlic powder
  10. Add tabasco
  11. Add red wine vinegar
  12. Add wholegrain mustard
  13. Season with salt & pepper
  14. Mix until well combined
  15. Transfer sauce to chicken
  16. Toss until well combined
  17. Pre-heat - 220°C
  18. Cook until crispy - approx 20 min
  19. Remove and let cool
  20. Serve immediately
