Step preview

  1. Get a clean frying pan
  2. Heat frying pan - medium-high heat
  3. Add pine nuts to the frying pan
  4. Fry carefully in frying pan until light golden - 2 min
  5. Arrange beef tomato in the clean serving plates
  6. Season with salt & pepper
  7. Add tofu to the serving plates
  8. Crush the tofu
  9. Add piquanté peppers, fresh chives and fresh parsley to a clean large mixing bowl
  10. Transfer nuts to large mixing bowl
  11. Add sultanas to the large mixing bowl
  12. Mix until well combined
  13. Add olive oil, lemon juice and caster sugar to a clean small bowl
  14. Season with salt & pepper
  15. Mix with tablespoon until well combined
  16. Transfer dressing to large mixing bowl
  17. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to 2 serving plates
  18. Serve immediately
